The Metric Plus has great customer service. I had a broken parking brake on a Class C motorhome with a Mercedes Benz chassis. They were able to get me in immediately and do the work for a reasonable price in just over a day. Part of the plastic brake cover broke during the repair, and the shop is replacing it without any hassle. The owner also took the time to show me the correct way to release the parking brake in hopes of avoiding future issues with it. A big thank you to the staff at the Metric Plus. we found ourselves stranded in Billings when our car broke down. After a quick look at the situation we both saw the writing on the wall, but they did a quick diagnostic to determine the inevitable. It turned out that the repairs on our vehicle were going to be more than the value of the car itself. They were kind, courteous, and understanding. If I am ever stranded with car troubles in Billings again, I will definitely call upon these guys.
This place has a great reputation for working on imports. Their lot is fenced in and locked down at night so your vehicle is safe. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I have taken vehicles here and been happy with their service.
I had a vehicle that was in out of another shop who not only screwed me over, but couldn't fix the problem with my car. These guys had my car running after I got it there and at a reasonable price. They also gave me some reasons why it may not have been starting. Which is due to the last shop not completing work after holding onto my car for 10 months.
They were amazing and took good care of me and my Mini Cooper.
